Pitbull

Hoy estoy más animado, a pesar de que no ha dejado de llover en todo el dia, y por tanto hablaré de Pitbull que está de moda. Además de componer para una multitud de artistas, Chris Brown, Havana Brown, Fergie, Enrique Iglesias, Marc Anthony, Ne-Yo, Shakira, y Jennifer Lopez, ha publicado ocho discos de estudio, un recopilatorio en el año 2012, y uno de remixes.

Armando Christian Pérez, más conocido como Pitbull, que nació en Miami el 15 de enero de 1981, es un productor y compositor musical de origen cubano que en sus inicios de carrera empezó con géneros como el reggaeton y el hip hop. Mas tarde se especializó en los géneros electro house, y , pasando también por muchos otros, y es uno de los artistas más solicitados para colaboraciones. (Wikipedia)

Entre sus éxitos musicales se encuentran los sencillos Culo, I Know You Want Me, Hotel Room Service, Give Me Everything, Rain Over Me, International Love, Back In Time» y Get It Started.

El año 2004, Pitbull lanzó su primer álbum llamado M.I.A.M.I., dentro del cual se encontraba el sencillo Culo, el cual fue producido por Lil Jon y los Díaz Brothers. Posteriormente, en 2006, fue invitado en el programa South Beach de la televisora UPN, y grabó el sencillo Nuestro Himno en colaboración con Wyclef Jean, Carlos Ponce y Olga Tañón.

El año 2006 lanzó su tercer album El Mariel, con artistas invitados muy reconocidos en el mundo del hip hop como Fat Joe, Bun-B, Wyclef Jean, Shakira y otros.

En noviembre de 2007 Pitbull lanzó su cuarto álbum llamado The Boatlift con un genero dance, el cual fue promocionado por la canción titulada Secret Admirer en la que colaboró Lloyd, luego fueron lanzadas las canciones Go Girl y The Anthem. En el año 2010 publica el álbum Armando. En 2011 Pitbull publica Planet Pit otro album de estudio con su peculiar genero electro-house, de él he seleccionado la canción International, Love en la que interviene también Chis Brown.

Y en el año 2012 ha publicado la banda sonora de la película Hombres de Negro III, llamada Back in Time.1, y el album de estudio Global Warming.

Un obra bastante amplia, alegre y muy bailable, aunque adolece, sobre todo en los últimos albumes, de estilo Electro house y Dance Pop, de ser bastante repetitiva.

El video corresponde a la octava canción, International Love, que interpreta con Chris Brown. Fue lanzada como cuarto single promocional del album en noviembtre de 2011, y llegó al puesto número 13 del Billboard.Hot 100.
