T.I.N.A.

A principios de mes salió al mercado el album del rapero Fuse ODG que lleva por título T.I.N.A., que corresponde al acrónimo de This is The New Africa, refiriédose al movimiento que fundó y que insta a los africanos para reconstruir la autoestimación y presentar una imagen positiva de Africa al resto del mundo, apoyándose en un grupo de artistas famosos relacionados de alguna manera con el continente, que están popularizando con mucho éxito en Europa los ritmos y melodias africanos.

 Fuse ODG

El nombre original de Fuse ODG es Nana Richard Abiona, nacido en Londres en el año 1988, de padres ghaneses. El se crió en Ghana y volvió a Londres para  cursar la  educación secundaria en el Archbishop Lanfranc School, y ha vivido en Mitcham, en el sur londinense

Fuse ODG publicó su primer single Antena el 2 Junio de 2013, que alcanzó el puesto 7º en las listas de la UK Singles Chart. El 29 de septiembre de 2013 publicó el single Azonto y en octubre fue premiado con el Best African Act en los MOBO Award's 18th Anniversary. Después consigió ganar cuatro premios en los Urban Music Awards 2013; Best Music Video, Best Single, Best Artiste and Best Collaboration. En diciembre de 2013 publicó el single Million Pound Girl (Badder Than Bad), que consiguió el puesto 5º en la UK Singles Chart. En mayó de 2014 publicó el single Dangerous Love, con Sam Paul, que consiguió el 3º puesto en la UK Singles Chart.

Ahora acaba de publicar su album de debut T.I.N.A, que incluye cuatro singles previamente publicados. Para presentarlo he elegido el magnífico y alegre videoclip oficial, de YouTube, de la canción T.I.N.A,  cuyo single salió al mercado en octubre, que da título al album, y en el que le acompaña el cantante británico de R&B,  Angel.
