All of Me

Dedicaré este post a la canción All of Me de John Legend que lleva ya 22 semanas en las listas del Billboard Hot 100. Su mejor posición ha sido el tercer lugar pero lleva varias semanas entre el 3º y 4º puestos, plenamente justificado por gran calidad de la canción

John Legend

John Stephens, conocido como John Legend, es pianista y compositos musica, que ahora está triunfando como  cantante de R&B. Legend nacio el 28 de diciembre de 1978 en Springfield, Ohio.

Su primer álbum fue Get Lifted, publicado en 2004 y conto con las  colaboraciones de Kanye West y Snoop Dogg. Con ese disco ganó el Grammy al Mejor album de R&B del año 2006, y tambien el Grammy a la Mejor Interpretación Vocal por la canción Ordinary People, y el Grammy al Mejor Artista Nuevo,  además de varias nominaciones.

Tambien participó como pianista en la canción Everything Is Everything del  album Miseduction de Lauryn Hill, que resultó premiado como Mejor  Album del año en 1999.

Tambien ha  colaborado con Slum Village en el tema Selfish, con Mike Shinoda en su proyecto Fort Minor y prestó su voz para la canción No importa del álbum Uno No Es Uno del cantante Noel Schajris, además realizó una colaboración con Herbie Hancock y P!nk en el tema Don't Vive Up.

Para presentarlo utilizaré el  videoclip oficial disponible en YouTube de la hermosa canción All of Me, que dedicó a la guapa modelo Chrissy Teigen, su pareja actual, que tambien participa en el  videoclip. Ya he comentado que esta semana ocupa la tercera posiicion en las listas del Bilboard Hot 100.
